ELIGIBILITY

All individual entries and teams must be current USATF members. Championship prize money and medals (top 3 in each division) will be awarded to USATF Pacific Northwest members. Athletes from other associations are welcome to compete as guest participants.

TIME SCHEDULE

9:30 a.m. open women and masters 40+ women 6 km
10:15 a.m. masters 40+ men 8 km
11:30 a.m. open men 10 km

TEAM SCORING

Open Teams................5 score out of 8 declared
M40+, M50+ Teams.....5 score out of 9 declared
M60+, M70+, M80+......3 score out of 5 declared
all Women's Masters Teams....3 score out of 5 declared

PRIZE MONEY & AWARDS

The top open men’s and women’s teams receive $400 each in reimbursements if they attend the National Club Cross Country Championships in San Franscisco, CA on Saturday, December 10.
