AGENDA
Elections will be held for the following positions - President and Treasurer. Nominations (and secondary nominations) must be submitted via email by Sunday, September 14. Please include:
a) your name & USATF membership #, b) the name and USATF membership # of the person seeking election, c) position, and d) your email address.
Only members in USATF/Pacific Northwest may submit a nomination or second a nomination. All candidates must be USATF Pacific Northwest members and at least 18 years of age as of the date of the meeting. Prior to the meeting, the nominee must accept the nomination in order to be put on the ballot.
The elections will be conducted per the USATF Pacific Northwest bylaws (see Article 6). Article 6.A provides a breakdown of the voting categories for credentialing. Article 6.J.3 provides voting eligibility criteria (voters must have been members by July 31).
To allow time to credential all voting attendees, please arrive by 12:30 p.m. so the meeting can begin promptly at 1:00 p.m.
