All individual entries and teams must be current USATF members. Championship prize money and medals (top 3 in each division) will be awarded to USATF Pacific Northwest members. Athletes from other associations are welcome to compete as guest participants.

Open Teams................5 score out of 8 declared/displaced M40+, M50+ Teams.....5 score out of 9 declared/displaced M60+, M70+, M80+......3 score out of 5 declared/displaced all Women's Masters Teams....3 score out of 5 declared/displaced Team declarations must be emailed to Kenny Emerick by November 8 at 8 a.m. If a club is running more than one open men’s or women’s team, a team declaration must be sent to Kenny Emerick. If a masters 40+ runner is running on a younger team, a team declaration must be sent.
The top open men’s and women’s teams receive $400 each in reimbursements if they attend the National Club Cross Country Championships in Tacoma, WA on Saturday, December 14.
