ELIGIBILITY

All individual entries and teams must be current USATF members. Championship prize money and medals (top 3 in each division) will be awarded to USATF Pacific Northwest members.  Athletes from other associations are welcome to compete as guest participants.
 

TIME SCHEDULE

9:30 a.m.     Open and Masters women 6 km (3 loops)
10:15 a.m.   Masters men 8 km (4 loops)
11:15 a.m.   Open men 10 km (5 loops)

 
ENTRY INFORMATION

Fee: $15
Deadline: Thursday, November 7 (11:59 pm PT)
              No late entries or day of race entries accepted

TEAM SCORING

Open Teams................5 score out of 8 declared/displaced
M40+, M50+ Teams.....5 score out of 9 declared/displaced
M60+, M70+, M80+......3 score out of 5 declared/displaced
all Women's Masters Teams....3 score out of 5 declared/displaced

 
Team declarations must be emailed to Kenny Emerick by November 8 at 8 a.m.  If a club is running more than one open men’s or women’s team, a team declaration must be sent to Kenny Emerick.  If a masters 40+ runner is running on a younger team, a team declaration must be sent.

PRIZE MONEY & AWARDS

The top open men’s and women’s teams receive $400 each in reimbursements if they attend the National Club Cross Country Championships in Tacoma, WA on Saturday, December 14.

Open (men & women):
Individuals:

$300 1st place
$200 2nd place
$100 3rd place

Teams: 

$300 1st place
$200 2nd place
​$100 3rd place

 
Masters (men & women):
Individuals: 

$100 1st place  in each 5-year masters division (40-44, 45-49, 50-54....95-99) 

Teams:

1st place
$150 (teams scoring 5 places) or
$100 (teams scoring 3 places)
